566jl shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet service provider failures, or power outages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and 566jl, you agree to first contact 566jl customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or such other arbitration body as may be mutually agreed upon. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines.
You may terminate your 566jl account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon termination, you must withdraw any remaining account balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set forth in these Terms. 566jl reserves the right to retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes following account closure.
